Medication management is provided by our psychiatrist and psychiatric nurse practitioner.

Counseling provided by LCPC’s and LCSW’s in the fields of pre-marital counseling, marital counseling, PTSD, anxiety disorders, depression, grief and loss, parenting skills, intimate relationships, foster care and other mental health and life stressors.

Psychosocial Rehabilitation Services:  a community based program which enhances participants’ skills for living independently to prevent a more restrictive living situation.  By developing the following skills a more successful integration within the community will be achieved thereby fostering more independence, self-esteem, and an improved quality of life.

Case Management Services:  the purpose of case management is to link, coordinate, assist, and advocate for participants in accessing community resources to meet their needs and encourage independence.  Case managers also provide crisis service coordination by linking, coordinating, and advocating for emergency community resources in order to resolve a crisis.
